1.20.3.4.2. External survey of all seat belts
Prevention
Noise when twisting a seat belt are caused by technical factors. At strong noise to replace only a belt. Not to apply oil or lubricant to noise reduction at all. The automatic system is not subject to dismantling as at the same time the tension spring jumps out. Injury-causing!
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To extend a belt up to the end and to check a condition of fibers. They can be torn. In this case to replace a belt. |
| 2. If there are attritions without break of fibers, the belt can be not replaced. |
| 3. To check a belt with the heavy course for twisting, if necessary to remove a covering on an average rack. |
| 4. To clean seat belts only soap and water. Not to use solvents or chemical cleaners at all. |
