HALF SHAFTS TO THE TRANSMISSION
By search of places of leak to act this way:
– to clean the transmission case means of cold cleaning;
– to check oil level, if necessary to add;
– to apply lime or talc on possible places of leak;
– to make control departure that oil became liquid. For this purpose to pass about 30 km on the highway;
– then to install the car on a trestle and to survey places of leakage of the transmission by means of a lamp;
– to eliminate places of leak.
Prevention
At the dry transmission of check of level of oil it is not required. However if oil leaks, then it is obligatory to check level.
CHECK OF LEVEL OF OIL IN THE MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

4. The specification of gipoidny oils – GL 4 SAE 80 or synthetic G 50 SAE 75 W-90 oil. Number of gas station: 3,0 l.
Prevention
To watch closely that oils was not filled in too much but only to bottom edge of a jellied opening.
