10.18.3. Diagnostics of malfunctions of a starter

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the starter does not rotate, then in the beginning to check existence on the plug 50 magnetic relays of tension which has to be not less than 8 Century. If value below, then it is necessary to check a starter electrical wiring according to the electrical circuitry.
2. To check whether the starter throws out a gear wheel at completely charged rechargeable battery.
3. To install the transmission in neutral situation, to switch off ignition.
4. By means of a wire (cross section not less than 4 mm2) to connect starter plugs 30 and 50.
5. If the starter works regularly, then malfunction in a wire to a starter. If the starter does not work, then it needs to be removed and checked. Check condition: connections of wires have to be reliable and not oxidized.
