2.14.1. Work of system of ignition

The control unit provides ignition thanks to reliably programmed characteristic field.

At characteristic the operated system of ignition the moment of ignition depends on the corresponding power setting. Subjects to measurements are engine turns, temperature of the engine and load of the engine (vacuum of an inlet pipe, the provision of a butterfly valve) at present as there is a distinction in whether the car, for example, with turns of 4000 rpm downhill or uphill moves.

The required characteristic field of system of ignition is received by practical consideration and, on checks of a condition of the engine in the movement, is calculated so that fuel consumption, exhaust gases and the characteristic of the movement were optimum. The received values are written down in the monitor.

During the movement in the monitor signals of engine speed, engine temperature, loading by which then, proceeding from the characteristic field of ignition, the ignition moment corresponding to the worker, a condition of the engine at present of time, for example 10 ° before BMT or 0 ° is determined are given.

At failures in the monitor falling of engine capacity is possible. Perhaps also increase in fuel consumption. It is not necessary to be afraid of these shortcomings if it is timely to eliminate them.

The distributor of ignition is equipped with Hall's sensor which is not demanding leaving. Hall's sensor consists of the magnetic screen and the rotating diaphragm fixed on a shaft of the distributor.

Hall's sensor via the control unit of system of ignition defines the moment of switching off and giving of current of the coil of ignition and by that the ignition moment.

The transformer of high voltage unites the ignition coil, the device of switching off and a final step of power in one case. It promotes reduction of losses of tension in electrical wires and shtekerny connections.
