Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To merge cooling liquid. |
2. To remove the thermostat. |
3. To unscrew bolts of a klinoremenny pulley, for this purpose to squeeze and hold maple a belt. |
4. To take off maple a belt. |
5. To weaken a collar of hoses on the case of a water pomp. |
6. To remove hoses. |
7. To unscrew bolts of fastening and to remove a pomp. |
8. At damage or leakage of the bearing of a pomp to replace a water pomp completely. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To establish a water pomp with a new sealing ring and to tighten the moment 20 N · m. |
Prevention
If only paper laying or the case of the bearing together with a gear wheel was replaced, to tighten the case of the bearing the moment of 10 N · m. At the same time not to clamp screws too strongly at all.

2. To install the thermostat. |
3. To put on hoses and to fix by collars. |
4. To screw a klinoremenny pulley. |
5. To establish maple a belt. |
6. To fill in cooling liquid. |
7. After the trial run to check tightness of hoses and a water pomp. |

5-CYLINDER ENGINE
Removal
The water pomp is in front in the block of cylinders and is set in motion by a gear belt.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To merge cooling liquid. |
2. To take off a gear belt. |
3. To unscrew a water pomp and to take out. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To replace a sealing ring, to screw a water pomp and to tighten screws the moment of 20 N · m. |
2. To establish a gear belt. |
3. To fill in cooling liquid. |
4. After the control run to check tightness of a water pomp. |
