Arrangement of the relay and safety lock of the fuel pump
The relay of the fuel pump needs to be checked if the fuel pump does not work.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To check a safety lock No. 18 of the fuel pump. Faulty to replace. |
| 2. To take out the relay of the fuel pump from a relay payment (the place of the relay No. 12). |
| 3. To include ignition. |
4. To connect the LED indicator:
– to contact 6 and weight(s);
– to contact 2 and weight(s);
– to contact 6 and 4.
The diode has to light up. Otherwise, to find break according to the electrical circuitry and to eliminate. |
| 5. To connect by means of an additional wire the LED indicator to contacts 2 and 3. |
| 6. To include ignition. The light-emitting diode has to light up on 1 sec., otherwise check an electrical wiring to the Digifant control unit according to the electrical circuitry (see subsection 10.20.9). Break to eliminate or replace the control unit. |
