Faulty nozzles can be the cause of the strong detonation of the engine which is very reminding noise of the failed radical bearings. At similar malfunction to allow the engine to work idling and to consistently unscrew cap nuts of pipelines of supply of fuel to nozzles. If after unscrewing of any nut the detonation vanishes, this nozzle means it is faulty.

The faulty nozzle can also be defined if to unscrew cap nuts of pipelines (consistently) in operating time of the engine on big turns of idling. If engine turns after unscrewing of any nut do not change, then this nozzle is faulty. Nozzles by means of the special manometer are checked for HUNDRED.

First signs of faulty nozzles:

  – irregular firing of fuel mix;
  – a detonation in one or several cylinders;
  – falling of engine capacity;
  – excessively black clouds of exhaust gas;
  – big fuel consumption.


1. To clean fuel pipelines means of cold cleaning.
2. To remove fuel pipelines assembled. For this purpose to unscrew cap nuts an open cap key, for example HAZET 4560.


Not to change a pipeline bend form. To remove the block of pipelines completely.

3. To unscrew nozzles a face key on 27 mm.


1. To establish always new heat insulators between a head of cylinders and nozzles. Deepening up, the arrow indicates a head of cylinders.
2. To tighten nozzles the moment of 70 N · m.
3. To tighten nuts of pipelines the moment of 25 N · m.
