Diesel engine of 1,9 l (68 l. page / 50 kW) it is equipped with a turbo-supercharging. In case of a turbo-supercharging, on one shaft two turbine wheels sit, each of which is in the separate case. Turbine wheels are set in motion by the fulfilled gas and, rotating together with shaft, reach 120 000 rpm. As the rotor of the fulfilled gases and a rotor of the sucked-in air sit on one shaft, clean air is intensively forced in engine cylinders.
Thanks to good extent of filling the existing engines have nearly 100% realization of power. The gain of power depends among other things on the pressurization pressure which at the engine of the car makes 0,4–0,8 bars (pressure in tires for example about 1,8 bars). If pressure of pressurization exceeds adjusted at the plant, then the returnable valve opens and reduces pressurization pressure.
Besides a power gain, at a turbo-supercharging also the torque increases that is very desirable for elastic operation of the engine. Under a condition, of course, that the shaft of a turbo-supercharging has rather big turns and by that provides sufficient extent of forcing. As a rule, the engine has enough 2500 rpm to feel pressurization pressure.
Unlike the petrol engine, the diesel engine does not need to reduce normal extent of compression therefore even on the lowered turns injectable fuel is used completely because of pressurization.
The system of a turbo-supercharging is very exact. Therefore it it is the best of all to entrust repair to experts. As a rule, at malfunction, systems of a turbo-supercharging it is replaced completely.
