2.18.4.1. Removal and installation

Removal

4-CYLINDER ENGINE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove the air filter together with the filtering element (see rice. Air filter). 2. To remove an inlet air duct. 3. To disconnect plugs of the injecting valves from the ignition distributor.

5-CYLINDER ENGINE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine. 2. To remove pipelines of giving and return of fuel on the fuel distributor. 3. To disconnect a vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator. 4. To unscrew fastening screws with an internal hexagon of 5 mm of the distributor of fuel. To take out the fuel distributor together with valves to the right, in the direction of the movement. To unscrew the screw (1) and to remove the top part of the distributor of fuel (2) from the distributor of fuel (3). 7. To clamp a carving part of the screw with an internal hexagon of 6 mm in a vice and to squeeze out the injecting valve.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Prevention To replace the damaged sealing rings or laying, and also rings of the injecting valves. 1. To establish laying (it is specified by shooters) on the top part of the distributor of fuel. 2. To insert the injecting valves with new rings into the top part of the distributor of fuel. Before installation to grease rings with a thin layer of pure engine oil. 3. To insert the top part together with the injecting valves into the fuel distributor. 4. To tighten the screw (1) the moment of 10 N · m – see fig. in item 4. 5. To install the fuel distributor on an inlet collector and to tighten fastening screws the moment of 10 N · m. 6. To put on a vacuum hose the fuel pressure regulator. 7. To put on pipelines of giving and return of fuel. At the same time to connect the black pipeline of supply of fuel to the fuel distributor, and the blue pipeline of return of fuel to the distributor of fuel and the regulator of pressure. 8. To connect the plug of the injecting valves. 9. 5-cylinder engine: to establish a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine and to fix on a maslozalivny mouth. To pay attention at the same time to sufficient distance to a branch pipe of a butterfly valve. 10. To establish an inlet air duct so that marking shooters on an air duct and a branch pipe coincided (see rice. Air filter). 11. 5-cylinder engine: to install the air filter together with the filtering element (see rice. Air filter).
