Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes on the vacuum pump sideways of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. To remove a hose of cooling liquid from a connecting branch pipe on a head of the block of cylinders over the thermostat case.
3. To remove a thin hose of cooling liquid near the 1st cylinder (from a gear belt) over an inlet collector.
4. To clean means of cold cleaning of connection of the giving pipelines of the pump and nozzles, to unscrew them. To close from pollution of an opening the corresponding caps.
Prevention

Not to change a bend of the giving pipelines.
5. To remove a hose of return of fuel from a nozzle of the 5th cylinder.
6. To remove candles of heat and a nozzle (see subsection 2.17.7.2 and subsection 2.17.7.5).
7. To take off both gear belts.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Operational development of a head of the block of cylinders of the diesel engine is inadmissible.
2. When replacing laying to pay attention to designation and to establish new laying of the same designation. Designation of laying of a head of the block of cylinders with openings and notches (shooter) is visible as well at the established head of the block of cylinders. Depending on a vystupaniye of pistons laying of a head of the block of cylinders of various thickness is established.
3. To replace laying of a head of the block of cylinders always. At the same time new laying has to have the same designation, as old. Only after installation of new pistons or a part of the engine it is possible to measure a new vystupaniye of pistons and to determine the new thickness of laying.
Prevention

To replace bolts of a head of the block of cylinders always.
4. Bolts of a head of the block of cylinders of the diesel engine drag on also, as well as on the petrol engine. However bolts of a head of the block of cylinders of the diesel engine are in addition tightened on the warm engine.
5. To establish heat candles (see subsection 2.17.7.2).
6. To establish nozzles (see subsection 2.17.7.5).
7. To clean connections of the giving pipelines means of cold cleaning. To tighten cap nuts the moment of 25 N · m.
8. To put on a hose of return of fuel a nozzle of the 5th cylinder.
9. To establish both gear belts (see subsection 2.5.2.1).
10. To put on a vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes the vacuum pump sideways on a head of the block of cylinders and to fix by a collar.
11. To put on a thin hose of cooling liquid near the 1st cylinder over an inlet collector and to fix by a collar.
12. To put on a hose of cooling liquid a connecting branch pipe on a head of the block of cylinders over the case of the thermostat and to fix by a collar.
13. To check the beginning of giving of TNVD (see subsection 2.17.7.6).
Prevention

To tighten bolts of a head of the block of cylinders on the warm engine.
14. To warm up the engine, the fan will not turn on yet.
15. To uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
16. To tighten all bolts of a head of the block of cylinders in accordance with the established procedure (see rice. An order of an inhaling of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders) a rigid key without preliminary easing and at one time on 1/4 turns (90 °).
Prevention

Further tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders after 1000 km of a run is inadmissible.
17. To establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
