Prevention
At removal of a half shaft the car cannot be pushed from the place as at the absent axial tension the body of swing of the bearing of a wheel will be injured. If necessary, instead of a half shaft to install the external hinge.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To prop up the top rotary fist. |
2. To unscrew the screw of fastening of a nave of a wheel on a half shaft. |
Prevention
The screw sits very hardly, when easing its car has to stand on wheels.

3. To establish a forward part of the car on a trestle. |
4. To remove the lower protection of a motor compartment. |
|
5. To disconnect screw connection the wheel bearing case – the lower axial hinge. |
6. To remove the screw the shock-absorber – connecting draft and the stabilizer. |
7. To unscrew bolts of the internal hinge. |

Automatic transmission
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To disconnect штекерот the multipurpose sensor. |
2. To unscrew a back rezinometaplichesky support on an arm of hinged units (see subsection 4.2). |
3. To wring out a half shaft from a flange. |
4. To completely squeeze the shock-absorber. |
5. To take out a half shaft from the wheel bearing case. By cars with the automatic transmission at the same time to press on the engine – the transmission is a little forward. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Before installation to wipe with gasoline of a vent of a half shaft and nave of a wheel dry (without oil and fat), and also to remove the preservative remains. |
2. To establish a half shaft in a nave of a wheel and to fix by the old screw. Not to clamp the screw. |
3. To attach a half shaft to the transmission. To tighten screws of the internal synchronizer cross-wise the moment of 70 N · m. Not to forget lining plates. |
Prevention
From 8/91 to 6/92 internal synchronizers fastened various screws on the right and at the left. Right half shaft: the M10x48 screw, durability 12.9, a head with an internal polyhedron. Left half shaft: the M10 screw h45, durability 10.9, a head with an internal hexagon.

4. At repair to install only screws with a durability of 12.9. For cars to 6/12 screws to truncate on 45 mm to provide access to the transmission case. Screws with the durability of 10.9 not to tighten the moment of 70 N · m at all. |
5. To tighten a back rubber-metal support on an arm of hinged units the moment of 45 N · m. |
6. To connect the shtekermnogofunktsionalny sensor. |
7. To establish bolts the shock-absorber – connecting draft and to tighten the moment 160 N · m. |
8. To install the lower axial hinge on the case of the bearing of a wheel and to tighten a new nut the moment 110 N · m (the mechanical transmission) or 55 N · m (an automatic box). |
9. To establish the lower protection of a motor compartment. |
10. To remove the car from a trestle. |
11. To unscrew the axial screw and to screw a half shaft the new self-tightening screw the moment of 200 N · m. |
Prevention
The car at the same time has to stand on wheels.
