1. To weaken bolts of fastening of a forward wheel. The car costs on wheels.
2. To mark the provision of a disk concerning a wheel nave with paint to establish then the balanced wheel in former situation.
3. To install the car on a trestle, to remove a wheel.
4. To unscrew 2 screws of the brake mechanism from the case of the bearing of a wheel and to remove assembled the brake mechanism and a brake support.
5. If necessary, to unscrew arms of a brake hose from the wheel bearing case.
6. To suspend the brake mechanism on a wire self-made hook to a body so that the brake hose was not overwound or stretched.


The brake hose will need be not to removed, otherwise, to let out the air from system.

7. If the brake mechanism is required to be removed completely, it is necessary to unscrew before a brake hose from connection of a brake hose, but not from the brake mechanism.


Effluence of brake fluid. To collect liquid in the capacity which is provided only for brake fluid. It is possible to exhaust before brake fluid a rubber pear from a broad tank.

8. To unscrew the screw of fastening of a brake disk a key for the screw with an internal hexagon of 5 mm in size.
9. To remove a brake disk.


The brake disk cannot be removed with use of brute force (blows of the hammer) from a wheel nave. Instead: to apply means to removal of a rust. These can avoid damage of a brake disk. If nevertheless removal happened only by strong blows of the hammer, to replace, proceeding from safety conditions, a brake disk and the bearing of a wheel. Replacement of the bearing of a wheel needs to be entrusted HUNDRED as only there, as a rule, there is the corresponding press. Even when using the corresponding stripper, the brake disk needs to be replaced.


1. To provide uniform braking on both sides, both disks have to have equally ground surfaces. Therefore it is necessary to replace both brake disks, or to grind both.
2. At the plant there is a possibility of check of brake disks on fight. The most admissible fight measured on a brake surface – 0,03 mm. The most permissible deviation on thickness – 0,01 mm.
3. Measurement of thickness of a brake disk (see subsection 7.5).
4. If to eat, remove a rust from a flange of a brake disk and a nave of a forward wheel, to grease with a thin layer of lubricant.
5. To clear new brake disks nitrosolvent of a protective varnish.
6. To establish a brake disk on a nave of a wheel and to fix by the screw with an internal hexagon.
7. To install the brake mechanism together with the established brake shoes. At the same time not to overwind and not to stretch a brake hose. To check a free wheeling of a brake hose turn of a steering wheel against the stop.
8. To screw an arm of a brake hose on the end of the bearing of a wheel.
9. To tighten the brake mechanism the moment of 270 N · m.


The high torque to use the strong tool. At an inhaling to watch that the car did not slide off a trestle. To install the tool so that at an inhaling to press on the handle down.

10. If the broad tank is empty or the brake hose was removed, to screw a brake hose and to let out the air from system (see subsection 7.12).
11. To establish a wheel according to marking and to remove the car from supports and to tighten bolts cross-wise the moment of 160 N · m.


To squeeze out on the place repeatedly and vigorously a brake pedal, before emergence of notable resistance.

12. To check the level of brake fluid in a broad tank (see subsection 7.13).


Carving of a press bar, surface of a prileganiye of brake shoes to a brake support, edges of brake shoes in support to grease the brake lever with a film of Molykote G6 paste.

13. To replace brake slips only on both wheels of one axis. To use brake overlays of one quality.
