Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To unscrew a nut (1) and to take out a finger.
2. To unscrew six-sided screws (2) from the top and lower hinge and to remove a door. If the door is established again, to outline heads of screws a felt-tip pen. It will facilitate the subsequent assembly.
Prevention

At cars with special equipment, for example, the central lock, an electrowindow regulator electroregulated and warmed by an external mirror or loudspeakers in the doorway: to disconnect an electrical wiring and to take out from a door, for this purpose to remove a door covering.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a door and to screw on hinges by hand.
2. To screw a nut (1) of the limiter of a door the moment of 7 N · m.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Adjustment of a door is required always at installation of a new door. At adjustment it is necessary to pay attention to the identical, parallel size of a groove on door perimeter concerning a body and adjacent parts.
2. Adjustment of forward parts of a door: to weaken screws of hinges (2) and to adjust a door (see rice. Fastening of a door), moving it in apertures of the increased openings of hinges.
3. To adjust a door on a body contour. At the same time fillets of a door have to coincide with wing fillets.
4. In order to avoid wind noise to shift a door inside or outside until its top surface coincides with a forward wing. The door has to be in front drowned concerning a wing sawn-off shotgun no more than 1 mm.
5. To tighten screws the moment of 55 N · m.
6. In a back part adjustment of a door is made rather lock finger. For this purpose to weaken a lock finger so that it could be shifted with application of force. To close and adjust a door. Then carefully to open a door and to tighten a lock finger.
