The electric motor can be removed only together with system of levers, drafts and an arm. Instructions concern screen wipers of any glass.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To switch off ignition.
2. To allow to work to janitors within 2 minutes and to switch off the switch of janitors. At the same time janitors come back to starting, non-working position.
3. To switch off ignition.
4. To disconnect a weight(s) cable from the rechargeable battery.
Prevention

At the same time from memory of the radio receiver the anticreeping code is erased. To disconnect the rechargeable battery only at the switched-off ignition, otherwise the control unit of system of injection will fail.
5. To disconnect levers of janitors and to remove from axes, before having removed the thin screw-driver protective caps.
6. To unscrew a frame of janitors, having unscrewed the screw (9) (see rice. Screen wiper device) and to take out together with the electric motor.
7. To remove from the rukoyatochny lever of draft of the drive (10).
8. To disconnect the engine from a frame of janitors, having unscrewed for this purpose 3 screws.
9. To unscrew the rukoyatochny lever from an engine axis.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the new engine is installed, before installation to put it in non-working position. For this purpose to connect the multicontact socket and to allow the engine to work. Then to switch off it the switch of janitors – the engine will reach non-working position. To disconnect the multicontact socket.
2. To install the rukoyatochny lever and to adjust so that its bottom edge coincided with the specified screw opening (see rice. Windshield electric motor, rice. The electric motor of back glass with a wide trunk lid and rice. Electric motor of back glasses (swing door)).
3. To tighten the rukoyatochny lever the moment of 30 N · m.
4. At the electric motor of janitors of a windshield to put on drafts of the drive the rukoyatochny lever.
5. To install the engine together with a frame of janitors and to screw the moment of 25 N · m.
6. To connect a weight(s) cable to the rechargeable battery.
Prevention

To connect the rechargeable battery only at the switched-off ignition, otherwise failure of the control unit of system of injection is possible.
7. To determine time on hours.
8. To enter an anticreeping radio code.
9. To connect the multicontact socket and to turn on the engine, to allow it to run out in non-working situation.
Janitors of a windshield
10. To install levers of janitors on an axis so that janitors reached the position noted on a windshield by markings. To delay levers the moment of 10 N · m (and – marking for the car with left-side management, b – marking for the car with right-hand management (export models)).
Janitor of back glass
11. To establish the janitor on height of the lower thread of heating of the warmed back glass, and = 45 mm. At equipment to establish by a swing door janitors so that they were in non-working situation vertically.
12. To put on protective caps.
13. To check work of janitors.
